To adhere to our Anti-Money Laundering policy, we require that all deposits and withdrawals be made from and to accounts under the same name as the trading account. This policy applies to all online payment methods, and registration email addresses for services like Bitwallet, Stickpay, Skrill, and Neteller must match the registered email address with April Investors.

Withdrawal Methods
Withdrawals are usually processed within 3 business days; however, the reflection time may vary depending on your withdrawal method and the destination institution.
In accordance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, the withdrawal will be made to the same method or account used for depositing, up to the deposited amount. However, please note that April Investors may allow using a different withdrawal method at our discretion.

Domestic Bank Transfer
Withdrawals can be made to your domestic bank account, covering the deposited amount and profits earned. (If you have a history of depositing through other methods, you need to first refund the deposited amount to the same method).

All funds entrusted by our customers are entirely segregated and held in trust by one of the world's leading banks, separate from April Investors' operational funds. Customer funds, including both account balances and unrealized profits, entrusted by individual and institutional investors, are strictly segregated and will never be used for any other purposes.
Daily Balance Reconciliation
At April Investors, we perform daily balance reconciliations to determine settlement amounts between our company and our customers. Settlement transactions are carried out between customer trust accounts and April Investors, and the balances are matched. Customer entrusted balances, including unrealized profits (total net equity), are part of the funds that we segregate at April Investors.

Not all banks offer the same level of service, credibility, and security. The safety of your funds is deeply influenced by the broker's choice of banks. At April Investors, we only conduct transactions with top-tier banks that have met strict regulatory requirements.
